Initial Contact & Discussion

During our initial contact, either by phone or in person, we’ll discuss your needs and intended project to learn if JNB Renovations is the right fit for bringing your home or commercial property improvement ideas to life.

On-site Consultation

If our initial discussion proves encouraging, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation with you to listen to your project ideas and desires in more detail, and to gather more information and site factors. We’ll also inquire as to your budget and timeline expectations.

Design & Planning

After learning more about your needs, we’ll prepare a preliminary design and construction plan for your review. Our experience with similar projects and knowledge of local building codes will provide practical guidance for you to make decisions and to help you select materials, colors, and finishes.

Budget Proposal

Once we reach agreement with the overall design and scope of work for your project, we’ll propose a budget to include full construction costs with allowances for products and materials.

Construction Contract

After any revisions to the proposed budget and scope of work are concluded, we prepare a formal contract with an approximate start date, payment arrangements, and provisions for any changes or adjustments to the project as work progresses.

Work Begins

With a signed contract and initial payment, products and materials are ordered, and we begin the actual construction process, including acquiring any permits that may be required and demolition work that may be necessary.

Finished Project

During work on your project, we will stay in close communication with you to ensure your project is meeting your expectations and to see if we can help with any additional work you may need.
